Manny Awasom

Just a few years back, I was where you are. I was balancing a demanding job while developing a passion for multifamily real estate. I immersed myself in the world of underwriting by attending numerous bootcamps and networking sessions. During this period, I came to realize a significant gap in the market—the absence of a user-friendly tool developed with an acute understanding of the challenges faced by busy professionals like us.

Driven to fill this void, I leaned on my background in pharmacy and engineering, dedicating hundreds of hours to learn the intricacies of financial modeling. This endeavor was significantly shaped by my role as an underwriter for XSITE Capital Investment LLC, a firm overseeing over $160M in assets under management, equipping me with the real-world insights necessary to develop a tool that meets the intricate demands of the multifamily real estate sector. Today, it stands as more than just a tool.
